Lifeboat Day is one of the highlights of our fundraising calendar and helps raise vital funds to support the RNLI's lifesaving work.

About the event
This promises to be a fantastic day for all ages and we'd be delighted if you could help promote it in any way you can, whether that's through print online, social media, putting up a poster or on-air mentions.
Both Cromer lifeboat stations will be open, giving visitors the opportunity to get up close to our lifeboats and meet some of the volunteers who help save lives at sea. Throughout the day there will be demonstrations involving our RNLI lifeguards, while representatives from HM Coastguard, the National Coastwatch Institution and the Marine Police will also be on the promenade.
There will be plenty to entertain families, including Stormy Stan, a children's treasure hunt, dressing-up activities, RNLI merchandise, books, cakes, a tombola and other fundraising stalls. The RNLI Henry Blogg Museum will also have a stall celebrating stories of courage from Cromer's remarkable lifeboat history.
