Richard has comes with a great background from Ex Merchant navy radio officer, running the family business of Randalls Electrical for 25 years in Cromer. Volunteered with RNLI for 25 years and now station Manager at NCI Coastwatch at Cromer (East Runton). Richard has also been a town councillor at Cromer Town Council
