When asked what she could see heading towards Cromer Pier, George's mum Susan, announced that "a couple of pink giants" were on their way! After 18 hours of walking over two days, the 17 year old pals arrived at Cromer Pier ahead of schedule despite the blazing sunshine.

Interviewed for Poppyland Radio by Mike Goldwater, George and Harry revealed that their original fundraising target had been smashed before they even set off. Inspired by Sarah's personal battle against cancer, the boys are set to raise over ten times their target for Cancer Research UK!

Sean Garrett, General Manager of Cromer Pier, organised refreshments for the boys, their families and supporters including the Overstrand Mermates, who all turned out to support them.
