Where to begin?! Our launch party was an amazing success and the enthusiastic support and encouragement we've received since is so incredibly exciting. Many thanks to all those who attended, especially the newly elected Leader of North Norfolk District Council, Councillor Tim Adams, who cut the ceremonial ribbon and declared the station live. It was his first official ribbon-cutting ceremony since taking office, but he pulled it off like a seasoned professional. We look forward to a long and close relationship with Tim and all the team at NNDC, and with all the businesses, organisations, charities and special interest groups of North Norfolk.
Live music, great food and fun times
Guests at the party - held at our base at The Belfry Centre - were treated to some fantastic original live music from Bertie Anderson Haggart and a mouth-watering selection of nibbles and treats from Henry's Coffee & Tea Store of Cromer.
Winner
In our launch draw, Madeline Hudson won the Poppyland Radio smart speaker, so will now be able to listen to Poppyland Radio by just asking it to 'play Poppyland Radio'!
