Bertie Anderson returns to Poppyland Radio to host another series of Poppyland Songs.
Bertie’s been musical ever since she can remember, composing, playing, singing and recording her own material. Following the success of her first series, Bertie is back to talk about and perform her 'Poppyland Songs; Life on a Cliff Edge' which are inspired by tales of smugglers, WW1 stories and a collection of old journals written by her great great Aunt Kit who lived in Sidestrand.
Having spent 24 years in London, Bertie and her young family have now returned to north Norfolk, stopping only to complete a UK tour which included a memorable performance in Northrepps last year. Catch Bertie's new ‘Poppyland Songs’ show on Tuesdays from 2pm.
