Longevity - Exercises for Life
Gentle exercises session mobilising all our major joints and strengthening the muscles that support our joints. All exercises are done to wonderful music which uplift and encourage movements and help lift our spirits.
Having had a local dance school for over 25 years i decided I wanted to offer music and movement to more of our community so I now teach low impact exercise classes throughout north norfolk helping ladies and gents be the best version of themselves whilst also bringing smiles and laughter to each class. I adore my job and the people I meet on a weekly basis.
